While watching a documentary one afternoon a grainy black and white image quickly ran past on the screen. For a moment James wasn’t sure whether he was seeing a blurry old house or was the foundation line actually the horizon and the “house” opening a doorway into another dimension over the sea?

Perhaps only a painter or a drug addict might wonder about such things, the illusion lasted only a second but the impression persisted. 

The final idea may show up in a film where someone actually comes out of the door and waters the plants. We’ll see.
